The latest ATP Rankings are out, and there has been a lot of movement after a busy week on the men’s tour.

The Citi DC Open in Washington was the biggest ATP tournament staged last week, while there were also clay-court 250s in Kitzbuhel and Umag.

Alex de Minaur fought back from 2-5 down in the third set and saved three championship points to edge out Alejandro Davidovich Fokina 5-7, 6-1, 7-6(3) in the final in the US capital.

The Aussie’s triumph at the ATP 500 event has lifted him back into the top 10: from 13th to eight.

For Davidovich Fokina, it was another painful loss in a final; he is now 0-4 in ATP Tour title matches and also had match points in the Delray Beach final in February.

The 26-year-old Spaniard, who defeated Taylor Fritz and Ben Shelton in the quarter-finals and semi-finals, has moved up seven places to a new career-high ranking of 19th.

Shelton’s run to the last four has helped him clinch a new career-best ranking for the second straight week, with the 22-year-old American up from eighth to seventh.

Another man who has reached his highest-ever ranking is Corentin Moutet, who made the semi-finals in Washington as a lucky loser.

The 26-year-old Frenchman has surged from 59th to 46th as he continues an impressive recent run.

Lorenzo Musetti has slipped from seventh to 10th after losing his first match in Washington, having been a runner-up in Umag in the same week last year.

Francisco Cerundolo, who won Umag in 2024, has dropped out of the top 20 — from 19th to 24th — after his title defence in Croatia ended with an opening match defeat.

Luciano Darderi was the champion in Umag this year, with the 23-year-old Italian +11 to world No 35 having also won the Swedish Open the previous week. Carlos Taberner, who fell to Darderi in the final, is up 27 spots to a new career-high of 84th.

Like Darderi, Alexander Bublik made it back-to-back clay-court titles as he triumphed in Kitzbuhel, beating Arthur Cazaux in the final. Bublik has moved from 30th to 25th.

Cazaux has been rewarded with a 25-place surge for reaching his career maiden final.

Matteo Berrettini has dropped 15 spots — from 42nd to 57th — after injury prevented him from defending his Kitzbuhel title.
