‘He is the best’ – Novak Djokovic backed to surpass Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal

Novak Djokovic is better than both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, and will win the Grand Slam titles race, says Patrick Mouratoglou.
The GOAT (greatest of all time) debate is rife in tennis, with a credible case able to be made for all three.
Djokovic (16) is currently third behind Nadal (19) and Federer (20) in the list of major titles, but he has been backed to change that by the time he is finished with tennis.
“When the big three play their best tennis, Novak wins most of the time.” Mouratoglou said in an interview with Swiss newspaper Spiegel.
“If Novak had not had the two years when he almost disappeared from tennis, he would probably already be the player with the most Grand Slam titles.
“I can imagine that one day he will be the most successful player in history.”
Despite his belief that Djokovic is the best of the three, Mouratoglou believes that Roger Federer is the most unique – not just of the ‘big three’, but of all time.

“Roger is a genius. He plays tennis in perfection. I can not remember ever seeing a player playing tennis like this. And I think I will not, until I die.
“You can film Roger and then play the tape in slow motion: Then you can see that everything he does is perfect. “
