Juan Martin del Potro and Cameron Norrie into Los Cabos semi-finals

Top seed Juan Martin del Potro bulldozed his way into the Los Cabos semi-final while Cameron Norrie also reached the last four.
Former US Open champion del Potro required just 59 minutes to beat world No 301 Egor Gerasimov 6-1, 6-1.

“I felt better [than in the opener]. Obviously the result also marks it and that’s good for my confidence, and I’m happy for playing a good match today,” the Argentine said.
“I was quite solid from the baseline and he made many mistakes because of that. I converted every break point I had and that was the key of the match. I was focused from the beginning of the match, and already in the first game I showed him that I was really looking forward to win.”
Del Potro will take on Damir Dzumhur, who beat American Michael Mmoh 6-2, 6-3.
Norrie, meanwhile, reached his second semi-final in as many weeks as he beat fourth-seeded Frenchman Adrian Mannarino 6-4, 6-4.
The 22-year-old Norrie, who lost in the ATP Tour’s Atlanta Open last four last week, will take on second seed Fabio Fognini for a place in the final after the Italian secured a comfortable 6-2, 6-2 win over Japan’s Yoshihito Nishioka.
