Nick Kyrgios hits back at Dominic Thiem for defending Novak Djokovic and Alexander Zverev ‘mistakes’

Nick Kyrgios has fired back at Dominic Thiem over the Austrian’s defence of Novak Djokovic and Alexander Zverev, saying they don’t have the “intellectual level to even understand where I’m coming from”.
World No 3 Thiem took a swipe at Kyrgios over the Australian’s criticism of the Adria Tour debacle while he also hit out at those who have condemned Djokovic for hosting the tournament and said it was “bad luck” that Zverev got caught on camera partying while he was meant to self-isolate.
Kyrgios, though, was never going to take the criticism lying down and he sent a series of explosives tweets to the Austrian.
This just shows what a joke @ThiemDomi @AlexZverev & @DjokerNole think this is, 2 of them partying like potato’s during a global pandemic. People losing lives, loved ones and friends, and then Thiem standing up for the ‘mistake’🤦🏽♂️ these guys are the ‘top’ of our sport. SMH

“What are you talking about @ThiemDomi? Mistakes like smashing rackets (sic)? Swearing? Tanking a few matches here or there? Which everyone does?” Kyrgios asked. “None of you have the intellectual level to even understand where I’m coming from. I’m trying to hold them accountable.”
He followed it up with: “This just shows what a joke @ThiemDomi, @AlexZverev & @DjokerNole think this is. 2 of them partying like potato’s (sic) during a global pandemic. People losing lives, loved ones and friends, and then Thiem standing up for the ‘mistake’. These guys are the ‘top’ of our sport. SMH.”
