What’s in the news
He is not the first and he won’t be the last, but former Italy striker Antonio Cassano has compared Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in an interview with Vanity Fair.

Giudicell “was found guilty of defamation in a French court” and Haggerty is trying to “solve this awkward situation”.
Paul MacInnes in The Guardian says Serena Williams and footballer Ronaldo “defy the race against time for elite athletes”.
