Jannik Sinner’s 26-match unbeaten run: Only three players have managed to win a set against him

World No 1 Jannik Sinner has not lost a match since the 2024 China Open final and he has beaten some impressive players during his current unbeaten run.
The three-time Grand Slam winner has won 26 consecutive matches, starting last October and continuing until his run to the 2025 Italian Open.
Sinner has now reached eight consecutive final as he won the Cincinnati Open, US Open, Shanghai Masters, ATP Finals, Davis Cup Finals and Australian Open.
The only winner’s trophy missing from that collection is the China Open as he lost the final against Carlos Alcaraz otherwise he would have been on 40+ match winning streak.
Alcaraz will again try to end his unbeaten run as they will meet in the Italian Open final.
But for this winning streak, only the Shanghai Masters, ATP Finals, Davis Cup Finals, Australian Open and Italian Open matches count.
For now Sinner has the seventh-longest winning run by a player since 1990 with only Novak Djokovic (43, 29, 28, 28), Roger Federer (41 and 35), Tomas Muster (35), Rafael Nadal (32), Pete Sampras (29) and Andy Murray (28) ahead of him.
