Roger Federer is the only member of the Big Three in the top 10 for the most titles won at ATP 250 tournaments.
There are 13 men who have collected more than 15 trophies at 250 level, while just two have reached the 25-title landmark.
Here, we look at the five players who have won 20 or more ATP 250 titles since the category of tournament was introduced in 1990.
5. Pete Sampras – 20
Pete Sampras collected 20 titles from the 29 finals at ATP 250 level events he played in his career.
The American’s first title at this level came at the 1990 Manchester Open, where he beat Gilad Bloom in the final, while he downed Andre Agassi to win his last at the 1999 Los Angeles Open.
Sampras won 12 different tournaments at 250 level, with Lyon (three titles) his most successful.
4. Andy Roddick – 21
Andy Roddick won 21 ATP 250 tournaments from the 30 title matches he featured in at this category of event.
The American secured both his maiden and final career titles at the 250 event in Atlanta, where he overcame Xavier Malisse in the 2001 final and Gilles Muller in the 2012 final.
Roddick’s ATP 250 crowns came at 11 different events, with his four titles at Queen’s Club his best haul.
3. Lleyton Hewitt – 22
Lleyton Hewitt claimed 22 titles from the 30 finals he reached at ATP 250 level tournaments.
The Australian won both his first and last career titles at 250 level, having defeated Jason Stoltenberg in the 1998 Adelaide final and Ivo Karlovic in the 2014 Newport final.
Hewitt won his ATP 250 titles at 14 different events, with Queen’s Club and Sydney (four titles each) his most successful.

2. Roger Federer – 25
Roger Federer secured 25 titles from the 34 championships matches he contested at ATP 250 level.
The Swiss won his maiden career title at 250 level, beating Julien Boutter in the final of the 2001 Milan Indoor, while he saw off Milos Raonic at the 2018 Stuttgart Open for his final 250 triumph.
Federer’s 250 titles came at 14 different tournaments, with his seven 250 crowns in Halle his biggest haul at one event.
1. Thomas Muster – 26
Thomas Muster has won more titles at ATP 250 level than any other player, having collected 26 titles from 32 finals at this category of tournament.
The Austrian overcame Jimmy Arias to win his maiden 250 level title in Adelaide in 1990, while his last 250 tournament victory came at the 1997 Dubai Championships, where he downed Goran Ivanisevic in the final.
Muster won 16 different 250 events, with his four titles in Mexico City making it his most successful tournament at this level.
