Here are the seven players who have won at least four Grand Slam men’s singles titles on hard courts.

7. John McEnroe – 4

John McEnroe won four of his seven major titles on hard courts (57.1%), while he won 22 events on the surface in total.

The American earned all of his hard-court Grand Slam victories at the US Open (1979, 1980, 1981, 1984).

6. Ivan Lendl – 5

Ivan Lendl collected five of his eight Grand Slam titles at hard-court majors (62.5%) and claimed 30 titles on the surface overall.

The Czech-American is a three-time US Open champion (1985, 1986, 1987) and a two-time Australian Open winner (1989, 1990).

1. Novak Djokovic – 14

Novak Djokovic has won more hard-court Grand Slam titles than any other player, having claimed 14 of his record 24 majors on the surface (58.3%). The 37-year-old has 71 hard-court titles overall.

The Serbian has collected a record 10 titles at the Australian Open (2008, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023), while he has won the US Open on four occasions (2011, 2015, 2018, 2023).
