10. Milos Raonic – 151 weeks
Milos Raonic has spent 151 weeks in the top 10 of the rankings after ascending to 10th spot for the first time in August 2013.
The Canadian, a former world No 3, was most recently in the top 10 in August 2017. He is currently ranked 246th.
9. Casper Ruud – 162 weeks
