Marco Cecchinato stuns Novak Djokovic to advance into semi-finals

Marco Cecchinato produced a stunning performance to dump Novak Djokovic out of the French Open.
The Italian played the match of his life against the former world number one, securing victory in four sets with by a score of 6-3 7-6(4) 1-6 7-6(11) in a colossal tussle.

Cecchinato won the first two sets but had to hold off a big Djokovic fightback, eventually trading breaks in the fourth set and winning a huge tiebreaker.
“Am I dreaming?”said the world number 72. “Maybe I’m sleeping? I don’t understand nothing.”
Cecchinato will play Dominic Thiem in the semi-finals.
