Gallery: Wimbledon looking stunning as it shows off Court One’s new roof

Wimbledon is edging ever nearer. Spring has sprung, the sun is out, and that means it’s time for the All-England Club to reveal what it has in store for us this year.

While many things remain tantalizingly unanswered, such as whether Andy Murray will play, we know a lot more today than we did yesterday, and we have also been given a look at the brand new roof for Court One.

Wimbledon changes for 2019:

• Court One to have retractable roof
• Start of play brought forward to 11am
• Weather alone dictate roof status for overnight delayed matches
• Final set tie-breaks at 12-12
• Total prize money increase of 11%
