Maria Sharapova stuns with new look hair and Victoria Beckham outfit
Maria Sharapova recently debuted a stunning new look that might shock a few of her fans.
Sharapova, who is a stalwart on the New York Fashion scene, has made a big change to her personal style.
She stepped out with a new hairdo that might have had a few photographers doing a double take.
Sharapova is now sporting shoulder-length brown locks rather than the blonde we’ve all grown so used to seeing.
The all-denim look she chose to debut the cut alongside was put together by none other than Victoria Beckham.
She captioned the images: “Denim on denim, VB style.”
Sharapova famously quit the sport quite young plagued by injuries and wondered what she might do with herself after giving up the game.
“How do you leave behind the only life you’ve ever known?” Sharapova wrote in Vanity Fair Magazine at the time of her retirement.
“How do you walk away from the courts you’ve trained on since you were a little girl, the game that you love.
“One which brought you untold tears and unspeakable joys – a sport where you found a family, along with fans who rallied behind you for more than 28 years? I’m new to this, so please forgive me. Tennis – I’m saying goodbye.”
She has found her new passions though and has done well to leave tennis behind.

Not everything she has done has been a huge success, as she revealed in a recent interview where she talked about a failed investment made alongside Andy Roddick.
“There was one deal,”
“Actually, Andy Roddick called me up. Not that I want to blame Andy. But he did call me up. He says there was a, it was an app, failed app right now, at the time was very similar to what cameo ended up doing very well. The user face had two different apps, so one for the user and one for the hotels that was offering these services. And I said to the founder, I said, why can this just be one app for the people that are providing the service and for the user? And he said, We just can’t do that. And I said, Well, okay, I still believe in you.
“But I never I just I thought that was going to be challenging and actually invested quite a bit into it. And it never took off. And that was my first bit of technology. And this must have been over 10 years ago.”
