Nick Kyrgios and girlfriend Costeen Hatzi spark pregnancy rumours with social media post

Nick Kyrgios and his girlfriend Costeen Hatzi have sparked speculation among fans that they are expecting their first child after a photo posted on Instagram.
The couple, who have been together since December 2021, shared a photo of them celebrating New Year’s Eve – with Kyrgios placing his hand on Hatzi’s stomach.
The post on Hatzi’s account was captioned: “NYE with my loves. Wishing everyone an incredible 2024 filled with love, happiness, success & good health.”
The photo and caption led fans to wonder whether this was a hint Hatzi was pregnant and that the pair’s first child could arrive in 2024.
One fan asked: “Are you trying to tell us something?”, while another said: “The way he’s holding your stomach I thought this was an announcement post.”
Hatzi has since clarified she is not pregnant by replying to the former comment by saying: “no hahah not pregnant!”
Some fans, though, were convinced a baby is on the way and sent their congratulations to the couple.

In a recent interview with Piers Morgan, Kyrgios expressed that he and Hatzi plan to have children together and revealed he hopes to have a “big family.”
“I’m 28 now and obviously want to have a big family. One day, you know I think I’m a very family-orientated person so is she,” the Australian said.
“She’s got an amazing family back home in Sydney, so yeah, I would love to have a basketball team. But like I would try like to have five-six maybe, yeah I think she’s just set on two so we’ll see.”
Kyrgios recently revealed how much longer he is planning to play tennis and outlined the reasons behind this, while speaking on an episode of the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast
“I only want to play for about another one to two years, and be at the top, and go down my own terms,” the 28-year-old explained.
“I would hate to have another surgery or anything like that. I think I’ve still got the ability to have a good one to two years and then that’s it.
“I think I’ll be at peace with everything I’ve achieved and I’m going to have to just say: ‘Look, to everyone out there who wants me to play more, you’re just going to have to be okay with me not playing anymore’.”
Following an excellent 2022 season, Kyrgios was sidelined through injury last year and played his only competitive match of the campaign in Stuttgart in June.
The Australian underwent knee surgery in January 2023 and has since suffered further setbacks, including a wrist injury that derailed his intended comeback during the grass-court season.
The 2022 Wimbledon runner-up has withdrawn from the upcoming 2024 Australian Open as he continues his recovery from injury and is yet to confirm when he will return.
