Great Britain will take on Australia in the ATP Cup quarter-final which pits Tim Henman up against Lleyton Hewitt and the Daily Mail says Henman “will want to exact revenge”.
In the report, Henman also reveals he is a “big fan” of Nick Kyrgios.
“I am a big fan because I think that there’s a good person there,” he said. “Nick has got his challenges and he would probably admit to making a few poor decisions. But deep down there is a good person there who I think can be a massive asset for the game because he is a huge talent.”
“He has to try and surround himself with the right people and make good decisions and work hard day in and day out because he has got a game that a lot of people don’t want to play against.”
Adidas has gone where no other shoe manufacturer has gone before as it has launched the first-ever laceless tennis shoe, the Stycon.
“Its unique and street style inspired aesthetic is also equipped with technical performance features that make it a solid choice for all levels of tennis player,” read the press release on their website.
It added: “By removing the conventional laces, the adidas Stycon creates the perfect connection between the foot and the shoe. The knit collar of the shoe is engineered to naturally expand to the foot shape, while also ensuring supportive fit. These design features deliver comfort, stability and support, while also providing a revolutionary style.”
Margaret Court has been overlooked for the Australian Open women’s champion trophy presentation, reports The Age.
