Tennis Today: Roger Federer opens new Lindt Chocolate Boutique while Andy Murray gets a quaich as gift

In Tennis Today, Roger Federer is on hand to open a new Lindt Chocolate Boutique while members of the TE-AM 77 Andy Murray fan club are just lovely.
What’s on the site
Let’s start with the mother of all comebacks. Take a bow Tara Moore as she produced a comeback of note during an ITF World Tour event in Sunderland. It really was the stuff of legends.
There has been another positive update from the Juan Martin del Potro camp as he hopes to return to the tour soon.
Meanwhile, the clay-court season is up and running and we want to know if anyone can knock Rafael Nadal off his red dirt perch this year?

What’s in the news
The controversial World Tennis Tour “could potentially be resolved if two of the sport’s feuding bodies can come to an agreement in the next fortnight”, according to Simon Briggs in Telegraph Sport.
“This bottleneck has led the Association of Tennis Professionals – which handles more august events such as next week’s Monte Carlo Masters – to offer the ITF a deal,” he writes.
“According to the terms, the ATP would agree to restore its own points to the two lowest levels of the game – the $15,000 and $25,000 tournaments that make up the WTT – as long as the ITF respond by making several key changes.”
Roger Federer was on hand to open a new Lindt Chocolate Boutique at Zurich Airport, reports DFNIonline.com.
Then there are a bunch of members of the TE-AM 77 Andy Murray fan club who “travelled from across the UK to the tennis star’s Scottish hotel to meet his mum Judy and present her with a gift for the sporting idol”.
TheCourier.co.uk reports that the fans presented Judy “with a Scottish quaich for Andy and a cheque for £800 for the Judy Murray Foundation”.
Nice touch.
