Tennis Today: The impressive stats behind Andy Murray’s Antwerp win, and Rafael Nadal’s wedding pics

In Tennis Today, there are some pretty impressive stats to digest about Andy Murray’s European Open win, and you get a sneaky glimpse at Rafael Nadal’s wedding.
What’s on the site
Andy Murray has another win to add to this now, but we thought it was a good time to show which active ATP players are sitting on the most career wins, and it’s pretty eye-opening.
It surely won’t be long until Daniil Medvedev is on that list too, but he won’t be adding to his current count this week. The world number four has opted to take a break.
Johanna Konta is taking a break too, sadly, but it’s not through choice. Injury has ended he season early.
And, if you are in the mood for nostalgia, then we have a treat for you as we recall David Nalbandian’s special Madrid Masterclass that saw him beat Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Novak Djokovic at the same tournament.
What’s in the news
Even with Andy Murray’s exploits over the weekend, Rafael Nadal’s wedding managed to get a lot of the headlines.
The world number one in wait married childhood sweetheart Maria Francisca Perello on Saturday in what was ultimately a very private ceremony in Majorca’s stunning fortress La Fortaleza.
If you are curious about what it looked like, then the Mirror have you covered.
One man who wasn’t there, though, was Roger Federer. However, he said he never expected to be.
I was not invited to Rafa‘s wedding and did not expect it either.” Federer told Blick.
“I congratulated him on his wedding day, but did not expect him to write me back since he hopefully had better things to do like partying.
“I look forward to seeing him and ask him how it was.”
