WATCH: Casper Ruud stuns the audience with some sensational strikes

Are you a Casper Ruud fan and still in awe of the star’s round of 32 success at the undergoing Monte-Carlo Masters? Then keep that excitement pumping with some of the Norwegian star’s best strikes.

Starting off in style, at seven seconds into the video, Ruud brings us this excellent finish to grab a point from Novak Djokovic. The Norwegian star proved his ability with a perfectly placed dink, leaving Djokovic to appreciate his opponent’s efforts with a thumbs up.

This next shot, at 29 seconds, is an incredible display of determination from the Norwegian. The star made his way around the court, delivering some outstanding returns, only to finish the point off with a lightning-fast strike.

A pinpoint effort finds its mark at 34 seconds into the video. Ruud delivered a blistering return shot that found itself inches from going out. “Oh, that is something very special,” said the commentator, and we can agree, it was an outrageous hit.

An improvised effort finds its way between Ruud’s legs at 45 seconds into the video. The 24-year-old stuns the crowd with a fantastic shot before delivering the final blow. “The crowd is really enjoying this!”  and it is easy to understand why.

The star shows off his devotion to the game at 1:15, with a back-and-forth rally filled with exciting efforts from both competitors. The point looked to be out of reach of Ruud, but the star stunned the crowd with a ballistic backhanded shot that was too perfect to counter.

Ruud has a lot of energy out on the court, and this next shot at 01:31 will help prove that. After looking down and out, Ruud slides in with an outstretched racket to send the ball over his opponent’s head and steal the point. “Oh wow, what a dig that is!” What a dig indeed as that was quite extraordinary from the 2022 US Open runner-up.

A blistering effort rockets in at 01:50. The star certainly didn’t hold back on this one, as he sends a thunderous strike too quick for his opponent to return.

Ruud has excellent control when out on the court, and this next shot at 02:24 certainly shows his composure. After a long rally, the star delivered a perfect finishing shot that almost skims the line on its way to claiming a point.
