VIDEO: Nicolas Mahut’s son steals show after French Open doubles final
Nicolas Mahut and Pierre-Hugues Herbert realised a dream when they won their home major the French Open, but it was Mahut’s son who grabbed the attention after the match.
Mahut and Herbert won their third men’s doubles Grand Slam title as a pair, beating Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic 6–2, 7–6 (7–4) at Roland Garros on Saturday.
While the duo and runners-up Marach and Pavic were waiting for the presentation ceremony, Mahut’s son Nathanaël made a dash for his father and totally took over the show.
