WATCH: With no fans around, Alexander Zverev gives himself a round of applause after win

Sometimes you have to be your own biggest fan is a statement that Alexander Zverev took to heart after his second-round win at the Monte-Carlo Masters.
The fifth seed saw off the challenge of Italian Lorenzo Sonego, winning 6-3, 6-3 in one hour and 38 minutes.
With spectators not allowed to attend the tournament at the Monte Carlo Country Club due to coronavirus restrictions, Zverev decided to have a bit of fun after his win.
After the customary post-match handshake with Sonego, the German made his way to the stands and gave himself a round of applause.
Zverev will take on 11th seed David Goffin in the third round on Thursday and if he comes through that clash then he will face either world No 1 Novak Djokovic or Dan Evans in the quarter-final.
