WATCH: Cristian Garin captures Madrid Open round of 64 ticket

Chilean star Cristian Garin secures a confident win over Swiss star Marc-Andrea Huesler to grab his spot in the Madrid open round of 64.
Their match sparked the first time the players have faced off in their careers, which certainly generated an unpredictable match, that was full of excitement.
The stars collided for an exciting one hour and 28 minutes before the Chilean was able to grab a 7-6 (7-5), 6-2 win over his competitor.
The win came as no surprise after Garin had proved his ability on the clay court. His season on the surface saw him claim four wins out of his last six fixtures on the clay court before he went into this match, which certainly made him a favourite to win. However, his previous fixture saw him suffer a 6-2,6-4 defeat in the quarter-finals in Munich against world No. Seven Holger Rune.
The same could not be said for Huesler, who has found it difficult to compete on the clay this season. His last five performances saw the 26-year-old claim only two wins before coming in to face Garin.
Huesler started off the match well, securing the first game of the fixture. He then continued his lead to make it two games to three. Unfortunately for him, this saw his Chilean competitor find the extra push to help him get back into the match and ultimately secure the victory.
He cemented his victory after Heusler could not return his excellent forehanded shot, which earned him a well-deserved roar from his supportive fans.
Garin managed to produce a confident win over his foe, despite him struggling to find a solution in converting his break points, having only been able to secure three out of the possible eight available.
Surprisingly, Huesler was able to maintain his focus on his break points and was able to secure one out of the possible two. However, this did not prove to be enough to win the fixture.
Garin is set to face 27th seed Miomir Kecmanovic tomorrow. Kecmanovic has shown off his ability to play on the clay court, having won six out of his last nine appearances on the surface. Unfortunately for the Serbian star, his last result saw him suffer a narrow 4-6, 7-6 (7-5), 6-4 defeat to fellow Serbian Dusan Lajovic in the semi-finals of the Banja Luka Open.
An exciting fixture awaits the 26-year-old, who will be looking to continue his impressive form on the clay court.
