Six-time Grand Slam doubles champion Jamie Murray has launched his own YouTube channel and opened up with a feature that gave his fans a glimpse into what he carries in his packed tennis bag.
Murray, who has just signed a new clothing deal with PlayBrave, is clearly eager to promote himself to a wider audience and his YouTube channel looks set to be a feast for regular players of doubles tennis, as he gives an insight into some of the training drills he works on with his partner Bruno Soares.
“Here you are going to get a unique insight into my life on and off the tour and on tips on how to improve your doubles game,” declared Jamie, as he opened his YouTube channel.
Now 33, the elder of the hugely successful Murray brothers who have enjoyed so much success on the ATP Tour over the last decade is clearly attempting to reach out to a big audience and embracing the boom of YouTube channels that have proved to so lucrative for online influencers.
