WATCH: Serena Williams and Venus Williams’ full 40-minute workout routine

If you have 40 minutes to spare (we know most of you have a lot of free time these days) and looking for some exercise to keep the body and mind healthy, then why don’t you watch Serena Williams and Venus Williams’ workout routine.
The tennis greats have been “in co-quarantine together in self-isolation for these last eight weeks” in Florida and earlier this week they decided to share their routine with the world via Instagram.
There were some squats, yoga moves and more during the session while the duo also chatted about their careers, the enforced tennis break and getting back on the practise courts.
But why don’t you check it yourself.
