WTA Transylvania Open draw: Potential Simona Halep and Emma Raducanu blockbuster semi-final looming

Disappointment for Emma Raducanu as she prepares to play in Romania
Halep, who took over as top seed after Spaniards Garbine Muguruza and Paula Bardosa withdrew, will open her campaign against fellow Romanian Gabriela Ruse.
She could meet fifth seed Alja Tomljanovic from Australian in the quarter-final while her projected semi-final opponent is Raducanu.

Should the British No 1 come through that clash then sixth seed Marta Kostyuk is her likely quarter-final opponent with the winner of that clash expected to face Halep.
Second seed Anett Kontaveit headlines the bottom half and the Estonian will open her campaign against a qualifier while eighth seed Anhelina Kalinina is a projected quarter-final rival.
